Craft
A copper still,
a slow patience.
Our copper still extracts the essential oil through slow aqueous distillation, preserving the most fragile volatile compounds. Every batch is analysed by gas chromatography prior to shipment.

Alongside sandalwood, we grow and cure Lifou vanilla in our forest nursery. A second noble material from the same terroir.

Grown in the shade of the trees and prepared on site, on the same coral terroir as our sandalwood.
Our sandalwood has a temperament of its own — dry, mineral. We want perfumers to know it for what it is.
